at the heavier weight cotto is better

prime for prime 140lbs i fancy hatton

also i think collazo now in retrospect is probably hattons 2nd best win given his problems at 147lbs

What? by my reckoning Cotto should have no problem at junior middleweight? Has Cotto ever fought at junior middleweight? Hell no so don't be ******ed and put junior middleweight into this arguement. Anybody that is a boxing fan should know Hatton was never an A level fighter. Hatton wrestle his way to beat Kostya. Thats a clear cut fact. The resumes Cotto wins easily. At 140 pounds if Cotto wasn't weight drain he'll tko Hatton. At 147 pounds, Cotto destroys Hatton.

Paulie is very lucky Cotto was killing himself to make weight cause if Cotto wasn't weight drain, that fight wouldn't gone to the scorecard.

how is it retarted hatton is a natural lww that happened to have 2 fights at ww. but you were asking how hatton would do against big ww. well thats the same thing as asking how cotto the natural ww would do fighting lmw.

cotto's resume isn't much better if at all. he's only ever fought for vacant titles, and a lot of the names on his resume were either past it when he fought them or were young and green and yet to make a name for themselves.

hatton was the lineal champ at 140 for 3-4 years and in the top 10 p4p how can he not have been an A fighter? he may not have been super elite like pac, pbf etc but cotto isn't in that league either.

prime for prime hatton would be favourite at 140 and cotto at 147, that doesn't mean cotto is that much better it just means cotto is a bigger ww and hatton a midget lww with short arms.

You talking a ******ed fool. Cotto has never fought at junior middleweight while Hatton has fought at ww TWICE!!!! So again stop bring up Junior middleweight into this arguement. This thread is mostly about resumes and Cotto resumes is way better then Hatton resumes. If you don't see that then you got a big problem.

just because hatton fought at ww twice doesn't make him a natural ww he's a career lww. he fought collazo because of hbo and pbf because he had to to get the fight. cotto fights at 147 becuase he can't make 140 hence he's a natural 147 fighter. so you comparing how hatton would do against big ww fighters like margo and pw is the same as comparing how a ww like cotto would do against a good big lmw. the difference is 7lbs what's so hard to understand.

as far as resumes, what defending champions or belt holders has cotto beat?

Glad you ask, he seems to like Hatton better as a person than Cotto, yet keeps stating Cotto is the much better fighter and harder puncher, check the archives in the website where boxing is the talk :good
