Not if Floyd has anything to say about it....if not floyd, Mosely should be though, hopefully at 147 as well.

that's 3 percent out of your pocket. Good call by Cotto. Pac wants to f him over 2 pounds and now the WBO wants to pocket 3 percent out of either.

Its good for both fighters from a money point of view.

The only belt worth keeping is the Ring strap. Its free.

The title should be declared vacant if Cotto fights below the WW weight limit, 12 rds, and trys to dodge a title loss if he loses.

(The Zamora -Zarate fight was at 119 lbs to avoid a "unification fight")

    Bull****.

It's an alphabet belt, nothing more.

Cotto is NOT the true welterweight champion. If Manny wanted to face the best welterweight on the planet, he would be fighting Shane.

Instead, he opted for the softer opponent in Cotto, and there's a reason for this. Roach KNOWS that Mosley is good enough to derail the showdown with Mayweather, so he ain't letting Pac anywhere near him.

They are choosing the easier option.

In the end, there is one REAL welterweight champion and that is Shane Mosley--the man who destroyed the man who made Cotto quit.

To play devil's advocate, he's also the man who got beaten by Cotto...

Therefore in most peoples eyes, not necessarily mine, if Pac beats Cotto he'd have no problems with Shane.

Pac get's more money and get to dodge mosley. 2 good thing's for him and his future Pac dosent want the belt anyway if he wanted it he would have accepted 2 more pounds
