    im sure he knew about this already, if the heart murmur has only developed it could be dangerous, usually they are natural and the individual is born with them

    i have a heart murmour, and its not serious had it since i was 13....my friend on the other hand, she had to have hers corrected through surgery...

    it can be....what my doctor told me about mine, is that instead of your heart making the regular beating noise, it makes a funny noise.....its not an irregular heart beat as such.....mine is not dangerous, and have had since 13, but others it can be serious....

    Henry Armstrong had one too and people rekon thats why he was so fit and kept on punching because his heart beat was slower than the normal person
