Lets just put it this way. Cotto's one loss was a very competitive and entertaining fight that could have been fight of the year versus an opponent that has about a 95% chance of having been cheating. Hatton's two losses were very uncompetitive, one-sided beatdowns that made him look like an amateur. Cotto has never looked even as remotely as bad as Hatton looked against PBF and Pac.

 

I would bump this thread and quote the idiots(americans) clowning on hatton if pac knocks cotto out

 

Any version of Mosley,ANY VERSION,beats the the living hell out of any version of Hatton.You know,I know it and everyone else knows it.Cotto is just a better fighter than Hatton.By the way,like it or hate it,at the end of their fight,Hatton was holding on for dear like against light-hitting Collazo.Mosley easily beat Collazo.Easily.Like the same way he would have beaten Hatton's overrated ass.Except far more easily.

Ok so better resumes means if a fighter beats a belt holder first? lol. That absolutely don't mean nothing man. If you look at body size, height, reach Cotto and Hatton are not far apart. Infact both are very close to same in body size, height, reach. Look at Cotto he's 5'7 a shorter fighter at ww and yet he's doing very well beating fighters that are bigger then him in Quintana, Mosley, Clottey. Has Hatton ever beat a fighter that is bigger and stronger then him berfore? Hmmmmm.

 

but cotto hasn't been in with a p4p #1 fighter, in fact considering mosely or margo wasn't top10 p4p at the time of their fights, cotto hasn't even fought a top 10 fighter yet let alone p4p #1.

 

you can't have it both ways, you said cotto was weight drained at 140 and can't make the weight, so they're not the same size are they? one fighter is jww and the other ww.

You don't get it. Ok how about this Corrales fail to make weight at 135 pounds when he fought Casa in the rubber match. So Corrales said not only he can't make 135 pounds but can't make 140 pounds either. <<Is that mean Corrales is not a smaller at ww? Hell Gatti said after the Mayweather that he couldn't make the weight anymore at jww. Is that mean Gatti won't be the smaller fighter at ww? Man i could go on and on but obviously you still won't get it. Cotto and Hatton in body size, height, reach are about the same. But like i said Cotto has beaten bigger, stronger fighters that are really good in Quintana, Mosley, Clottey. Hatton only beat fighters when he is stronger. Hatton even admit that he can only beat fighters that he knows he can win when he's the stronger one that can push ppl around. <<<<<I think it proves that Cotto is far much a better fighter then Hatton.

 

But yet Mosley, Clottey, Quintana are much better fighters then all of Hatton resumes that Hatton beat. <<<<<If you can't see that then you really have a problem.

 

Cotto is better than Hatton, not even going to give a long winded argument for this one, Hatton is one dimensional always has been. As soon as he fought guys who were technically proficient he was found wanting.

However I think that if Hatton faced the guys Cotto did Hatton would have about 6 losses on his record and just for the record I think the Torres that fought Cotto would of layed Hatton to sleep.
