Who do you rate more highly P4P: Joe Calzaghe or Joel Casamayor?

2 waaayy over the hill legends and 1 prospect who hadn't proven **** against any elite. not a great argument for calzaghe even though it is the most popular. the kessler win was by far joe's biggest win. i really like casa, but if he hadn't lost some crucial fights he would be way past joe. im going with calzaghe simply because he fought decent to good competition and never once lost.

 

haha, very true. and his resume is part of what holds him back. he CONSTANTLY fought greats and the very best for a sustained period. of course your going to suffer losses. though i disagree: while his losses to corrales, castillo and popo were controversial he clearly lost to kid diamond and possibly santa cruz before jmm. you can't bring up his iffy losses without his iffy wins

fair enough. and yes his beard was so great opponent made him trim it first so as not to be blinded by it's beauty. and much like chuck norris, the secret of casa's power is that there is in fact a third fist hiding inside his beard.

Of course that is a possibility, but this guy is going to EVERY Calzaghe thread at the moment saying the same things. Hence, I came to the conclusion that I think he hates British fighters :yep
