Obviously Khan's fault- blokes gone down in my estimations:huh. Seriously, though, Khan draws big crowds. The crime/ incidents ratio is the same but the numbers are bigger due to bigger crowd numbers. Do the maths.

 

Maybe race has something to do with it as well.
