If true it's a bloody sensible move- sort out that defence. Why's he leaving Cook?

Cook is a good coach. He has made alot out of fighters with average talent. One world champ in Cook and one contender in Mitchell. He has a few other small timers as well.

Roach is able to offer that little bit more but Cook is not a **** coach. He is one of the better British coaches. Not perfect but a good one.

This is a great move for him. He needed serious help on his defence before he moves to world level.

Nah i agree with you. I just felt he was getting stale with Cook and saw some clips of training and it become to pally pally for me. Roach won't let him talk while on pads etc.

    Good move from Mitchell!

Couldn't think of a better guy to train him aswell. It will be interesting now that Khan and Mitchell will now train together after all their banter with each other!
