I agree. While it is good to see a fighter improve an area that he was sorely lacking him (his weight), Peter in shape is still nowhere near a good enough fighter to get excited over. The best he can hope for is to hover around the lower tier of the top fifteen, or so, and earn some money. But he'll never be a top five fighter who generates interest as he once did. People know Peter and how limted he is, and I think his ship has sailed, as far as generating big world title fights goes. Just my take on it.
just very tired of Haye and his 1/2 truths that he makes to the media. Lost ALL respect for the guy. Just how I feel:good
I go against the general train of thought when discussing Sam Peter. I think that trying to refine his skills HURTS him. Sam will NEVER, EVER be a great technical boxer. Sam is most effective when he is just being wild and crude. Good chin, physically strong, really good power, ect... just making a fight out of it. Trying to get Sam Peter to stand in front of his opponent and box them is like trying to turn John Ruiz into Muhammad Ali or Ricardo Mayorga into Floyd Mayweather. It's not going to turn out good.
I bet it must suck having to taste Sam Peter's sperm all over again after you regurgitate it back up into your mouth, huh? Sorry, I had to take that.
Take it easy, bud. I was talking good about your boy in this thread... and you are still acting like a scorned chick. It was 2005 man, let it go.
