Do you think a title belt should be at stake for the PAC-Cotto fight?

There is no reason that this shouldnt be a title match.. Its just not the same.. Title match adds a bit of kick in everything. Especially in huge fights like this...

 

A title may seem to be a novelty now but 10 to 15 years from now it could mean a lot in the P4P legacy.

 

Whatever Cotto says. If he wants the title to be on the line then yes...if not, then no. I think since it's not at 147 then its up to the champion. I'd like it to be if Cotto is game but ultimately its up to him. Either way it's a great fight with or without the title on the line.

 

as far as p4p legacy goes, you only suppose to judge that based on conpetition, not how many abc belts you can get at different weightclasses.

 

People pay too much attention to abc titles, fights are more important, Ctto only holds an abc belt, Shane Mosley is the champ as far as im concerned.

 

its not on the line because if cotto does happen to lose.... he still has something to run back to help keep his career a float

 

I don't really care about the belts because there are too many of them. But surely if you've got a belt. You should put it on the line WHOEVER you face. If Cotto loses he should give the belt up, otherwise the WBO title is irrelevent.

400 Grand for a poxy WBO belt? I'd tell them to **** off too. If having a title is so important just give the IBO or IBA a call I'm sure they'd drop to their knees to get in on a fight this big, and not take a ridiculous amount of money with it.
