    The crowd would be an interesting mix of Filipinos, Boricuas, Muslims, and Jews. Nice multicultural blend of boxing fans. We could expect an intense night.

    Have to remember there is Pacquiao-Cotto.

    You can't get an expensive opponent for an undercard fight.

    salita is not as bad as people are saying, khan vs salita would be more then competitive, although khan should win

    Khan vs Maidana is a top of the bill in it self so it wouldn't make sense for it to be on an undercard

    Having to corner Khan against Maidana and then Pac against Cotto in the same night maybe a bit more than what Roach would be comfortable with.

    You forget the Mexicans (for Soto), Venezuelans/Japanese (for Valero), Brits (for Khan) and Ukranians/Russians for Salita... What a well mixed boxing crowd!! Everybody is represented...

    Such an event warrants a much bigger venue than the 17,000 seat capacity that the MGM offers.

    Putting Khan against a snoozer like Salita is not the way to go. On the otherhand no way they put Khan in there with Maidana. Maidana can punch with the best of them, far too dangerous for Khan. Khan could easily outpoint him but one mistake and Khan is going to be on his back seeing stars. Very high risk, low reward fight for Khan.

    He would beat Salita though, im sure of that.

    If Valero/Soto comes off that will be fantastic for an undercard fight.
