Williams wants more than 1.5 million to fight Pavlik.

It's Williams team (hint goosen and hayman) not Williams that is asking more then 1.5 million. And if it does happen i'll do an avatar bet if you have the guts to accept.

A $1.5 million guarantee for Williams and a $2.25 million guarantee for Pavlik is fine. Pavlik is the champ, and in this case Pavlik is the bigger draw. If PWilly and his team won't take $1.5 million, you can start calling him Paulie "Abraham" Williams: all talk and no fight.

i say offer PW 1.25 million and i bet he would accept. PW needs to learn take the short cahs if tyou win you'll make more money down the road. some tiems fighters need to gamble unlees he's not sure he can win and wants to make sure he gets paid out

they offered him 1.25 and goossen wanted more. they bumped it up to 1.55, but now goossen wants the gate and sponsorship money split down the middle. what a joke... since when does williams need this much compensation to fight someone. he used to go after anyone and everyone regardless of the pay. he just wanted to fight. that's what i really liked about him.
