25% of live gate should be a starting point. In all likelyhood it gets done if it's 5% higher.

yeah im saying atleast ****ing 30% is more reasonable and respectable....

this is called the art of bargaining.... your first offer should be a ****ing lowball idiot offer just to set up how it really should be... it will end up in the 30-35% realistically and the fight will be on within 1.5 weeks

Seeing as how Goosen and Arum are already on unsteady terms, it could potentially backfire.

I still see it going down...but it's shaky right now.

He should advertise on his shoetops.

"I may have lost the fight...but man, I wanna go to Friendly's now"

Arum has been at this for a long time. I get the impression Goosen doesn't really want this fight now but with HBO pushing it and all that has been said he needs to find a way........ This time I don't think he'll win the press wars though.

neither has any other real options tho

    154 sucks dick
    147 wont fight williams

    160 sucks dick
    168 is occupied

this is the most logical for both of em

goosen is scared... ive known this forever.... goosens stable is ****ing terrible... one loss to paul and it could be bad news for goosen... especially since arreola isnt shaping out like how a lot of people had hoped

You do realize there is probably less then 50 boxers in the entire world who makes +1 millions/fight right?

You guys talk about a 1.5 million dollar payday likes it's pocket change.

If the logical things happened in boxing, we probably would've seen this fight by now.

You're talking about two promoters who've shown the inability to play nice in the past. Even the slightest hiccup can be a full scale **** storm with these guys.

I may be mistaken but boxing's youngest up and coming cash cow is in Goosen-land (Andre Ward).

Which is ****ing ridiculous. He can help make Andre Ward a god in Oakland but can't get Paul Williams a hometown fight?
