Muhammad Ali is doing events at Old Trafford, Wembley Stadium and the Britannia Stadium in August. I think all the events have sold out now but I know the one at the Britannia is on the 27th of August, in the evening about 7pm, and Ali will probably be signing autographs outside before and after.

I actually met Mike Tyson about 3 years ago in NYC--kinda odd, it was downtown in Greenwich Village, he was in a parked Suburban on the passenger side with his window down. Normally i never get cheesy if i see a celeb, but i couldnt help myself...i was with my buddy and i walked right up to him and said "Mike you're the ****ing man!" He kind gave me this funny nod and he kept saying "thanks man, just take it one day at a time"..I really til this day have no clue wtf that meant, but he was def super chill and approachable!
met? fighters or trainers Genaro Hernandez, Julian Jackson, Michael Carbajal, Mike Weaver, Barry McGuigan,Humberto Gonzales, Yori boy Campas, Emile Griffith, Michael Dokes, Amando Muniz, Greg Haugen,Chuck Bodak, Emanual Steward, Oscar Delahoya, Laila Ali, Rafael Ruelas, Bert Sugar, Paul Banke, Jose Luis Ramirez,Aaron Pryor, Bob Foster, Shane Mosley etc. I have met more, but that is all I can remember.
I met Loreto and Tony Lopez also. I heard Lopez was rude from someone who had met him, and I thought he was a nice guy when I met him. McGuigan was not nice. Rude fellow. Butterbean was cool. Forgot about him.
I met Raul "Diamante"Marquez, twice the first time he was drunk, actually I got him drunk at the club I used to bar tend and he was a dick, him and his friends tipped maybe 5dls.and Raul threat to pour his beer in my tip jar but he never did;the second time he was at the same club and I got to serve him again but this time he was a lot more measured with the drinking and we got a real nice conversation he was great telling me about his job with HBO LATINO and he was thinking about coming back from retairement.this was around the year 2000.then this year my brother and me bought first row tickets for Marquez vs Diaz, and we got to see all the Golden Boy crew at the weigh in :Hopkins signing autographs and taking pictures;Mosley it probably took him about ten minuts to walk from the door of the building to his car, signing autographs and taking pics.Dela hoya was real nice too even though a lot of the people were giving him hell about the pacqiao fight;the day of the fight we meet Andre Ward and he said that Diaz was going to beat Marquezatsch .then by fight time we were seating behind Marquez corner, and when Marquez was leaving the ring after the victory he stop to talk for a few seconds taking pictures and letting everybody shake his hand the whole experience it was the best I ever experienced.:happy
