    Just thought I share a few photos that I took of Israel Vazquez today.... He's training and doing good. He is hoping to come back in October. He prob weighs about 135lbs more or less.

    LOL Izzy is showtime.
    Hey frank what is his mental state? Does he look motivated to return or does it seem hes lost alittle motivation? I hope all is well so he can keep on showing us great fights.

    He's very very excited to be working out again and sparring... lol it's like a kid going into a candy store. His motivation is very high.
