    Before you go please will you pass on to Danny Dyer that he is a complete and utter twat. I mean a proper wank piece. He did a show up in blackpool that was aired last night and he has to be the biggest ***** i have ever seen in my life - what a ****ing complete tosser. Whats his problem? Why does he walk like he's **** himself? And finally who the **** pays for this **** to be on telly he's a piece of wank.

    kevin decided after his last fight at MEN that he was going to train with freddie roach, paul cook has done a good job in training him so far but at roachs gym its a step forward to becoming a world champ, vinny will be joining him :bbb

    he has fractured his hand cant punch for 4 weeks, he hopefully will be boxing in oct so he will be looking to go to LA 6 weeks prior to fight date martinez then defend against burns

    Cook has got him to a very good standard- Mitchell's not a British and Commonwealth champ for nothing. That said, if Roach does tidy up Kev's defence, the only part of his game that needs working on IMO, then he could clean up 130 comfortably in the next few years. A suprising decision to move to LA but still a good move for all concerned.
