    you might already now this

    my son just asked me if i knew of two colombian boxers,a nicholas cervera and a william morelo

    cervera apparentley committed suicide on saturday (marital problems)


    morelo was chased as he left his gym and gunned down in a alley yesterday

    They've just reported the boxer Alejandro "Timon" Martinez, who fought in the Antillon card, against Alberto "Topo" Rosas, has suffered a brain hemorrhage, i remember, when watching the fight in TV Azteca, that Julio Cesar Chavez was asking 2 rounds earlier for a stoppage and the referee did nothing, THIS IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL.

    Also Francisco Moncivais, former national gold gloves winner at HW, died after his second pro fight.

    Also Canadian silver medalist Marc Leduc died of heat stroke.

    Also, Octavius James, a promoter in Indiana, died at 36 without any reason being publicly given.

    Just tons and tons of deaths in the boxing world in the past couple weeks.

    I am not saying its not a terrible thing because it is, but spend afew seconds looking on the net and u'll see alot of folk, inocent and not get killed in columbia.

    While lawyers will argue the case in court, the action draws international attention to the desperate plight of Colombia's union members and activists. During the past 10 years, 1,526 have been gunned down--making them the single most endangered group of civilians in Colombia.
