GBP was humiliated with their bankrolling of Affliction and now after stupidly guaranteeing Mayweather a shitload of money -they find themselves in trouble going head to head with the UFC.
It was a silly decision by GBP and they deserve getting scalped at the box office.There are only so many Mexicans in the US who can afford to buy this PPV.UFC will put a major hurt on this promotion.

They were actually in discussion about bringing UFC to HBO, but HBO wanted to provide thier own announcers, and Dana wanted to keep his. It hit a road block.

From what i have read no body is shitting all over boxing especially not me , just a little respect for MMA and not completley wide of the mark statements about it would be nice .

Everbody has there own taste but to critisise MMA with no hard facts and just slag it off is stupid , would you reply on an MMA forum (if you ever did take a shine to MMA) to somebody who has never been into boxing but likes MMA and just slags of boxing without knowing the first or last thing about that sport of course you would .

 

I think everyone should boycott this fight and not buy it. Mayweather needs to be brought back down to earth. Hes so out of touch with reality. Dont buy the fight.

A case can be made for Floyd being boring, but Marquez? He's probably the most exciting technical boxer in the sport. He actually goes in there looking to take his opponent out, rather than just trying to jab and potshot his way to a points decision.

I can understand if you said that it was a bad stylistic matchup. 2 counterpunchers can make for a boring night.

 

He wont have Fedor fight Lesnar on sept 19, to early. so no worries
