You're just wetting your pants cause:

    (a) Adamek will be in the thesame division as the glass jawed joke you're
supporting. Adamek is an absolute nightmare for someone with a made
    in Britain china chin.

    (b) Adamek will get to Klitchko's first.

In any event, I think that all of this talk is actually coming from Golota's camp. Basically Golota's people are clamoring to get Golota his last meaningful fight.

Adamek - Cunningham is still the number one option for him. There is no way Showtime or Hbo passes on the rematch if they know whats good for them.

Adamek will have the workrate to beat Golota at this stage.

Seems like a totally plausible scenario to me.

Yeah, he is. Golota is completely done and they're trying to give Adamek a fake accomplishment of beating a name fighter.

Adamek is making a bad decision moving to heavyweight. To pull this off he'd have to do what Haye did properly - unify first. Besides Adamek is too small and is not such an explosive puncher as Haye.

I know perfectly what this fight means as I live in Poland. Of course it makes business sense but I had higher hopes for Adamek. Even a fight with Wlodarczyk (though he's worthless and Adamek would trash him easily) would make more sense. Now I hope Golota connects with something big and knocks him out.

I think ppl are being a bit disrespectful to Haye / and not realising that Golota would only be a stepping stone for Adamek if successful:

Haye has accomplished just as much as Adamek, at cruiserweight. He might be vulnerable and have poor workrate, but he knocked out 4 world class fighters (Macca, Mormeck, Gurov and Fragomeni) and held 3 titles.

David Haye won the biggest money fight at cruiserweight in years (Macca), and has a heavyweight title shot. If only Tomasz Adamek could get a big money cruiserweight fight, AND a heavyweight title shot. These are likely the 2 things he wants most. So don't slag off a fighter who has these opportunities and takes them.

On to Adamek. He doesn't have to unify - he's the lineal champ, he is the man, there is no money in fighting the other champs anyway - and the only fight that matters is Cunningham II. Kathy Duva is trying to make this fight happen, for October. If Adamek goes on to smash up an old Golota afterward, he can make some money, which is what it's about; and he can get ranked for a heavyweight title.

Ppl have to understand it's a business. TV wouldn't pay for Adamek v Glen Johnson and Matt Godfrey fights. Small heavyweights are crowding the ranks, small heavyweights, guys that could make cruiserweight, etc etc. Golota could be stepping stone to winning a heavyweight title, getting a career best payday, and becoming a 3 weight world champ, vs someone who isn't that much bigger than Adamek, physically.

What does that have to do with the tea in China? I'm sure watching a Toughman contest is fun to some, especially when those suckers just stand in the middle of the ring and trade until one falls out.

The fact of the matter though is that Adamek is ducking Cunningham in a rematch, which has a lot of interest from people, I know Showtime would probably shell out money for it, to fight a nobody in Golota. Golota hasn't been relevent in the HW scene for 10+ years. So for Adamek to run away from a great rematch at CW to fight Golota is a ****ing joke.

It is doing nothing but stealing money from those too ignorant to know this fight isn't worth ****.

Listen, Steve Cunningham is possibly one of the best if not the best fights at CW for Tomasz Adamek, but you have to understand that the man is looking for fights that will make him a star, he is no spring chicken at 25 years old, he is 32 and wants to make the most of his talent. I know he wants to fight RJJ the most, then Hopkins. Believe me, if he cant get those fights he will go for Cunningham which is a high risk low reward type of fight. Also for US fans the fight with Golota might not make sense although I'm pretty sure most of you would watch it but for Poland, half of Poland will tune in to watch that fight. 40 million people live here. 10 million in America and another 10 million all over the world.

Keep in mind that in the last decade Golota beat Byrd and Ruiz and did a number on McBride and Mollo. Golota was also ranked in the top 10 by 3 top organizations before bowing out against Austin with multiple torn tendons after one round.

Adamek can care less about what people like you think. He's moving onto bigger and better things ($$$). Golota-Adamek will make 100 times more money and publicity than Adamek-Cunnigham.

    Get over yourself.
