It isn't just coming from Dan's mouth-I think Vitali even mentioned the deal being very, very close. Arreola can coutniue to fight chumps or get the biggest pay day of his career. With his amatuer pedigree Chris is as ready as he'll ever get. I'd give Chris much better chance if he had fought Wladmir-but I think Vitali wears him down with an eventual TKO in the 8th or 9th.

What interests me about this fight is this:

Say what you want about Arreola but he will come to fight and he won't be intimidated. Haye would **** his pants at the staredown with that fragile British mentality he has.

Arreola supposedly has a conditioning coach now and many people on here claim Klitschko is fading a bit (I don't agree with that)

People complain about 'boring' Heavyweight fights. This fight would be an action packed slugfest while it lasts.

Either way I think VitKlit is just too good for Arreola and knocks him out about the 6th round or so.

Dan is wrong sometimes, but his word should never be taken lightly. The dude has the inside scoop on a lot of boxing news so I tend to believe him on this one. The fight makes logical sense.

I will be shocked if Arreola does not put up a better fight than Williams who if I remember correctly only landed 55 punches in almost 8 total rounds.

I think this will be an exciting fight and the biggest winner is Boxing fans.

Arreola has an already announced, built in excuse for when he gets thrashed.

I TOLD you I didn't have enough time to prepare! LOL

And whomever thinks Arreola has a better shot at winning than Haye is delusional. Haye did have a fair chance. Arreola has next to none.

Rico, you say we have fragile british mentalities now? *sigh* you ****ing ball bag. On to the subject, Arreola vs Vitali will be a domination with Arreola quitting on his stool in the 7th or 8th. Why do you bash Haye's mentality? arreola got dominated and knocked out by Haye in the amatuers ffs. And Haye always means business when he fights.

It is not just me bashing Haye several people in the Boxing media have been doing it for weeks now. The guy had 2 fights against the Klitschko's on a silver platter and he ran off to fight Valuev. Something does not add up there he talked so much junk then ran for the hills. I am not convinced the guy wants to fight either Klitschko. Until he does something at Heavyweight he will get not credit from me. Beating Valuev would be a start though.

How do you know he is not intimidated by Vitali? We have to wait for the stare down or win Areola gets hit for the first time by a real HW. I see it ending in three.

Good fight here one of the most entertaining in the division. Its a shame it has to be said but Arreola needs to come in shape for this. If Arreola does show up in shape I think he might be able to pull an upset. Vitali is 38 and despite his two comeback wins being good wins I thought he showed signs of age catching up with him. I get the feeling this is the fight where Vitali's age catches up with him and Arreola will make Vitali fight at a pace that Peter and Gomez simply couldn't do. I might be in the minority but I think Arreola stops an old looking Vitali in the later rounds.

Part of me wants to see Arreola win because he can be exciting and as long as both Klitschko's are at the top of the division then we never get to see the two best guys face each other. On the other hand, if Arreola pulls the upset then he may never train again. This will be his career high point and I see him pulling a Buster Douglas and coming in fat and getting beat in his following fight. So I'll be pulling for Vitali to win this one.
