I think in all honesty this is anyones for the taking. I'm from England and would like to see froch win obviously, Looking forward to froch vs kessler the most. Thinking of getting tickets to the dirrel fight if possible, how much would tickets near the front roughly be.

    Are you a lawyer ?

and how can it contradict the 1st sentence when I said he could prove me wrong, and then going on to say Dirrell might get robbed of a victory.

Thats not contradicting that's just saying if Froch is going to win it will be via a controversial decision.

Also like froch says, if we want to see this fight on u.k (as they ****ed us over on the taylor fight with a next day viewing) then we should send out emails in requesting it be shown. I'll try to find a address later on.

No worries man. This fight is probably the best opener for the tournament because it sets up the other fights nicely. I havent really got into the Abraham fight with Taylor but I think alot of people are forgetting that Taylor is still a decent fighter, it was just unfortunate that he lost in such a way to Froch but he could cause Abraham problems early but the question will always arise about his lack of stamina in the latter part of a fight and that is when Abraham starts to turn it on and I think Abraham will be so much stronger and more effective as a 168lbs fighter.

Froch vs Kessler, if Froch loses to Kessler, he should instantly stop talking smack about Calzaghe as Calzaghe beat Kessler. Just some random thoughts there...

Last time I think it was £40 tiered, £45 premium tiered, £80 ish outer ringside and £200 ringside. Approx

To be fair to Froch he is starting to bypass the shots at Calzaghe. In the video CityofGod posted Froch said "Calzaghe retired and that's fair enough". Thanks for posting the vid of the guy assessing Dirrell vs Froch. Was interesting. I'm still predicting Froch by KO though :yep

I can see maybe ITV4 picking this one up but apparently I have heard that there might be an ITV Box Office thing happening. I am not too sure how true that is but I am pretty sure that somebody will pick these fights up. Maybe the new ESPN channels might start the ball rolling by cashing in on this tournament. Hopefully these TV companies can work together and come to some arrangement. It would be a shame not to be able to watch these fights a crying shame

yea froch mentioned that in the video posted in this thread, sounds like a good idea to me. I don't have sky so getting sky box office is sort of tricky. I do have freeview though so I hope they sort out some kind of pay per view on that.

Froch may not be the most talented fighter but he has a decent chin, can weather an assault, lose rounds, look bad for a while but exploit an opportunity. Dirrell isn't one of those 100% of the time type of fighters, yet.

He might grow up during this fight and prove me wrong but based on what he's shown to date at some point he loses his concentration.

He's got what he wanted now, It wasn't that he wanted calzaghe in particular it was his belt he was after. He's really good for boxing in my opinion, none of this avoiding people bull****, he knows what he wants and he goes for it. Love or hate him you have to respect this and it hopefully sets a example for upcomers.

lol, this fight all depends on 2 things. Froch being able to get to Dirrell and hurting him early or going to his body and slowing him down or Dirrell's mental atitude and gameplan.

I think this fight will be won with a strategic gameplan.

For Froch, he would have to get inside and close to Dirrell and rough him up on the inside and try to land on the inside because he will not win the outside game with Dirrell, Dirrell is light years too fast from the outside.

Dirrell will need to pace himself from the start and build up the intensity from about round 4 onwards, if he can let Froch miss more than land Froch will gas alot quicker regardless of how good Froch's endurance is. If Dirrell senses an opening to finish Froch he should definitely take it but he needs to becareful not to punch himself out.

Dirrell is like a 800 metre runner so when the tank is empty its empty and Froch is more of a 800 to 1500 metre runner in comparison so he starts off slower and winds up to the finish

This fight will boil down to how much punishment Froch can walk through to win or what type of Mental toughness Dirrell has after 8 rounds of hard fighting.

As I said before If Froch does it he is definitely the man and I will have to give him maximum credit for talking the talk and walking the walk, I just see Dirrell doing an Anthony Small on him
