    michael moorer was the first southpaw heavyweight champion, he beat holeyfied, jirov, botha, cooper, never lost as a lightheavyweight. He does not belong on this thread. Keep this thread to name like gavin reevs

    Without a doubt in my mind, it's either Luis Santana or Maselino Masoe.

    Santana had lost 7 of his previous 10 fights before facing Terry Norris, then faked a blow to the back of the head to win a title via DQ. He then defended the title because he was hit after the bell in a fight he was losing.

    Masoe never beat anyone with a semblance of a decent record to get his title shot, then won a vacant title by three knockdown rule against Evans Ashira, only to get his ass whipped by Felix Sturm his next fight. He still has yet to beat anyone I'd call decent.

    Of guys within the past couple years, it's probably Gavin Rees or Victor Ramirez.

    People who are saying things like Amir Khan are either just plain ignorant or straight hating.
