Yep, unless you can make do with 250 Gb or less getting smaller doesn't make really sense, an extra 500 Gb only costs another 5-10 quid.

Are you backing up the fights from DVD? Only having 1 copy on HD is a bit risky esp. if you have a large, difficult to replace collection.

Thing is I usually put things onto disc ASAP using a PC but when I'm away during term time I only have a netbook so can't burn discs. That server allows for about 100GB storage which isn't that much so it'd be ideal to be able to store them elsewhere until they can be put onto disc when I'm back home.250GB would probably suffice on top of what's already available or even 160GB which seems to be the next smallest(?)

Yes, 160 is the next size down from 250. If you're just using it as temporary storage prior to burning to DVD and you think it;ll be enough then I can see the sense in getting the smaller size to save £20-£25.

The only reason you'll regret not getting the bigger size is you want to start storing things on there permanently, video will eat its way though 160 gig pretty quickly.

Good point-I know there will come a point in the future when I will want/need more space so I might aswell.Like you said 160GB is nothing really and it'd be nice not to have to 'budget' like I'm having to now

This is a fight I watched today

A short and one sided fight - but entertaining fight - and performance from a very special talent and human being

    Just Watched Froch-Taylor

Thoughts on the fight are that this was a accumulation of punishment for Taylor. He was caught early in round one and it didn't stagger him but you know it was a hurtful punch as the fight wore on he started to get tagged by more and more punishing right hands.

Froch started to go for kill from round 8 on wards...in between rounds he says to McCracken ''I thought i got him'' ''Last 10 i thought i'd have a go''....McCracken disapproved this and said get back to boxing him. In round 8 he staggered Taylor slightly but it was disguised by a tangling of feet but the fantastic Showtime Commentators pick up on fact that Taylor had gone into Shell after that shot and was clearly hurt by it. From then on Froch starts to up ante and begins to punish Taylor and press fight. He showed world class finishing ability and heart of a champion.

Froch has got a lot of stick for this fight being called a lot of names but watching it back he showed a boxing brain he adapted to win. He showed that when he throw shots from mid to long range and doesn't square up that he can be accurate and also when he throws punches in bunches and mixes punches up from straight to over he can land. He backed Taylor up continuously a with 1'2's.

This was far from a lucky win and a ''Schooling'' as lot of people want people to believe and come October 17 Andre Dirrell will soon realize Froch aint as easy as he thinks!!!

Going to be a fantastic fight rounds going back and forth but Froch will stop a risking taking Dirrell in later rounds of a great fight.
