I would say a month is long enough for it to really hit home LOL

My prediction Dirrell on points but I can see it being a very controversial decision.

    Some home town cooking maybe

When have you ever seen Dirrell, because I haven't and watch virtually all boxing on UK tv?

The way you seem obsessed with a particular fighter(Froch) losing my guess is that you'd pick him to lose against ANY opponent in the vain hope that you may get lucky and be right for once.

I assume you also picked Taylor to beat Froch.

I've got all Dirrell fights except 6, I've got over 10,000 fights on DVD.

And I picked Froch to beat Taylor so dont assume

Assumptions is the mother to all **** ups and you make yourself look like a knob in the process

I called Ortiz vs Maidana and other fights as well so quit it with this get it right codswallop

Froch is too slow and will get hit far more than he did against Taylor and at some point Dirrell is going to connect with a big power shot and as much as Froch is durable you cant take big punches all night.

Pascal to me is an arm puncher and Taylor is technically flawed. All those idiots that say Taylor has a better jab than Dirrell have never watched a Dirrell fight. The guy has a laser fast and accurate jab. He chooses not to load up on every punch because he likes to set up his opponent first but he can get opponents out of there if he has to.

I feel he will have a gameplan to beat Froch because he is a much smarter fighter than Pascal and Taylor and when he fights guys like Froch who have power he does not stand there waiting to be hit like Taylor and Pascal did, posing infront of him.

Dirrell will get off, when Froch comes in he will tie him up and then wait for openings and all he needs is for Froch to make the smallest of mistakes and Froch will be getting hit by laser fast punches coming from either stance, he will confuse Froch.

Froch wont know whether he is in there with a southpaw or an orthodox fighter and he switches very well unlike some other fighters.

As I said to KingCobra if Froch wins, all credit goes out to him and we made an avatar bet but the only way Dirrell loses is if Froch gets a gift decision in his hometown.

:lol:Nice one. One thing we fight fans need to take into consideration is this fight is in Nottingham. The run around stuff will not take the champions title. Dirrel can box, but he is in with a different type of animal that he hasn't seen before. If he wins this fight I will be shocked. (not saying it's not possible) I pick Froch by mid to late KO or UD. That's if Dirrel doesn't get caught early.

Hmm, well I guess that's not technically a lie. It's also not exactly true either.

Solid Chin did indeed pick Froch to beat Taylor, several months in advance of the fight. He then changed his mind, and a month prior to the fight posted this:

I notice that he doesn't mention that part....

true mate he does loop alot of shots, the money punch he hurt Taylor with was pretty much a straight right and it is a punch that has hurt alot of his previous opponents. But yeah, he is very weird and loopy with alot of his shots. He ****ing bangs though!

Okay. Well he makes this tourney very intresting. I hope he fights Kessler, He talks mad **** but he may be able to back it up. His fight with pascal and the latter part of the Taylor fight he was looking good.

    And your point is flawed

As I said Froch was not knocking Taylor out but what happened, he did and he was lucky he did because Taylor was winning the whole fight so if you want to stop being a ***** for just a second you will see that I called it right and I did say Taylor fades down the stretch and that could be his undoing, and guess what, that was his undoing.

When I said Froch is not knocking anyone out it wasn't far from the truth, he was lucky to score the KO in my opinion, the fight was more about Taylor than it was about Froch.

    Your just being anal...

Im 90% sure that Dirrell will beat Froch.

For those that think Dirrell is like Taylor. Nah. Dirrell is bigger, faster and stronger. He has 6 stoppages in his last 6 fights. And throws hard combinations.

He can sit on his punches when he has to and can use the ring with a great jab when he has to.

Oh my God dont you understand that he has been figting cans and journey men :patsch

Dirrell is stepping up in class and has never been taken in to the trenches against a guy like Froch. I found two vids on youtube of Dirrell getting badly stunned by some cans how on earth will he take Froch's power?

And Dirrell is never in a million years stronger than Pascal.

Hanshaw fought a hard fight with Roy Jones jr. Dirrell blasted him out in 6 rounds.

    I doubt that. Show me.

A cursory view of Dirrell will show that he's easily the most physically gifted fighter in the tournament. Froch would have to be special to beat Dirrell. If Taylor could dominate him for most of the fight, I see know reason why a superior fighter like Dirrell couldnt. You can count on Froch getting another last second knock out if it makes you feel better.
