WBC withdraw sanction for Witter v Alexander bout

Jose Sulaiman will not be bullied by Californian State Athletic Commission and has withdrawn sanction over argument about ringside officials.

CSAC have refused British judge and appointed 3 Americans.

No they replaced him with a Mexican judge..Im going with SAC without knowing the reasons, just because the WBC and Suliman have shown to be corupt. I guess is they have a reason to not want the Judge

    That's sad. :-(

But I'm interested to see what happens next. Who is responsible on the selection and assignment judges and ref in the fights according to the book? :think

Between this and stripping Bradley of the belt practically before he even had a chance to celebrate with the damn thing, I have to wonder if the WBC even wants a 140 lb champion or if Jose just wants to pretend he's it.

Yes, of course, 2 Americans plus on Mexican doesn't equal 3 Americans does it!

Considering the fact that it was a British judge that recently scored Chambers/Dimitrenko even, I'd take my chances without one if I were Witter. Even Lennox Lewis came out on the short end with one as it was Larry O'Connell who had the first Holyfield fight even at 115-115. I'm kidding as one thing obviously has nothing to do with the other but it's still interesting when you think about it.

Richie Davies is arguably the UK's premier offical.

Larry O'Connell has been exonerated over time with the amount of revisionists who claim Holyfield WON that first fight!

The concern is WHY the Californian COmmission would reject Davies, on who's say so.

Devon Alexander is promoted by who?

Alexander is promoted by Don King and I didn't know there were actually people that think Holyfield won other than the woman who scored the fight for him. Larry O'Connell was exonerated because he basically admitted that he was wrong.

Yes, but I've nearly managed to get them all returned to the hospital.

Silly situation with this, I can't actually get mad at the WBC too much though because this has been something they've done for so many years, and I don't know why the SAC would suddenly decide to try something different.

The only loser will be Alexander if he wins. If Bradley wins, it's a footnote.
