its just the sign of the stage at which the sport is at, in its hayday boxing drew the best writers now it gets what it deserves and almost all of them are twats and the best writers have gone elsewhere

the annoying thing i read was when he called amir khan an Arab about 10 times in one column

True. If anything, I thought Rafael was coming off a litle too hard on Williams in his comments about that potential match up.

Not that I've heard, but I don't listen to or read him all the time.

 

Rafael has connections and solid info a lot of times. But, you have to realize he is a Golden Boy and Lou DiBella shill. He will NEVER say a bad word about either or their fighters.

 

He's been very critical towards Hopkins and GBP for not making the Hopkins/Adamek fight happen.

 

What in particular? Him pointing out Pavlik ate **** to get a quick, done deal with Taylor and Pdub is demanding the lions share? $2.5 of a $3.5 mill purse for the CHALLENGER? Maybe he just respects tradition and common sense? :think

 

Pavlik isnt the only fighter hes biased towards though. There are others that hes pissed on through the years.
