Where did I say that the Brazilian police force's veracity wasn't questionable? I'm just trying to see all sides of the arguement rather than let my own thoughts of Gatti's passing cloud my judgement.

Don't bother. Most here are too focused on the fact that Gatti was done by a murdering "****" that they don't even want to consider the possibility that death could have been caused by other things besides a "money hungry *****". I sometimes wonder if only us fight fans have mysoginistic issues since I did not see this kind of a reaction in other boards discussing Gatti's death. They expressed doubts about the decision but not with the same amount of venom I've seen here. I loved Gatti as a boxer but his failings as a person are well known to us so I would not rule out the possibility of the death being caused by other things. I've not said whether I think she's guilty or not. Sadly I don't think we'll ever know the truth either.
She could be a **** and not unpleased about her husband's death for all we know. It doesn't necessarily follow that she had Gatti whacked.
