Team Klitschko not telling the truth about Khan-Kotelnik.

Boxing news magazine says that Frank Watren was furious about hearing people say that Khan Kotelnik only sold 30,000 PPV buys.... it turns out that it was well over 100,000 instead, although he is not allwed to give an exact number.

Let me also state that I was there for the Haye-Barrett fight... and there was well over 6,000 people there aswell.... I never saw Wladamir there either, as he said he was in attendance there that night and that little accusation came from him apperently.... Vitali WAS there however, as I saw him at the one of the front rows.

Just to set the record straight.... Haye isn't as big in the UK as Hatton... yet! But he is still a fighter even the most casual of fight fans are interested in all over the country.... excpect about 20,000 British fans for the Valuev fight!

 

That was a wicked night.... actually both the Enzo and Barrett fight were and even though Barrett never sold as many as the Enzo fight did.... there was more filled seats there that night than there was empty.

The managing director of the O2 even said after the Enzo fight that out of every single event held at that arena he had never herad a such a loud crowd as when Enzo hit the canvas... that's why the O2 were chasing after Haye so much after that fight.

I remember Welsh fans actually crying when Enzo was knocked out!atsch

A very relevant thread within the GF and NO Klitsvhko 'nuthuggers' to start slagging me off to tell the truth.

Just goes to show that how many of the regular guys on the GF are interested in genuine boxing debate....

 

They wasn't **** though.... I always know when there will be a good PPV opposed to a bad one. I can tell by all the casual fight fans talking about where they can watch it during the week of the fight and I was actually hearing more of that talk that week than I did for the Barrera fight!

 

Well obviously you do! otherwise you wouldn't of commented on since you joined here two years ago?
