Yes, it was Calzaghe I was referring to, and yes he is a cowardly ****. If Tyson had Slappys mentality he'd have fought Michael Spinks in 1995, Larry Holmes in 1992 and would never have faced Douglas. Tyson took on everyone that was available at his prime, and his prime was over before Slappy even considered fighting an old, shot Eubank. I take major offence to a Slappy fan banging on about Tysons personal life when for all his faults Tyson never used it as an excuse to ***** out. Unlike Slappy who pussied out of a fight with Glen Johnson due to a 'painful divorce', well cry me a ****ing river.

Let's take out Sugar Ray Robinson from the HOF since he was a woman/child beating POS.

Why not remove Sugar Ray Leonard, Jake LaMotta and Carlos Monzon too?

    LaMotta has a soul?

Terrific fighter, but a total sociopathic scumbag.

    Amen to that statement.

Mike Tyson is without a doubt one of the most iconic heavyweights in the history of the sport. He was pretty much the face of heavyweight boxing in his prime. Agree'd he is vastly over-rated by the majority but nobody can deny his HOF status or his greatness.

Tyson easily gets in as does Hearns. Those two will get in easily. They have to.

ofcourse. He's the second most famous fighter of all time after Ali. Who else can say that people name their dogs after them.
