Nate Campbell is all talk and always has been. He talks about politics and how Boxing isn't a fair sport, and then he drops his hands to Peden and gets knocked out. All fighters make mistakes, but then he goes and fails to make weight and loses all of his titles. As if that wasn't enough, he quit tonight and then tried to cover it up by claiming he could not see. Nate Campbell's career has been up and down because of one person. Himself.
This is why Boxing fans need to shut the **** up. Nate Campbell quits when he gets an injury where blood is impairing his vision. He gets **** on for quitting. Cotto goes through 8 rounds with a cut twice as bad as Nate and wins the fight, and people claim he's damaged goods and got a gift. Wake the **** up. Cotto was outstanding that night.
I picked Tim by late TKO and some dude thought it was funny, but this was complete bull****. The ref was a ****ing ****** during the replying he said " there " indicated that the left hook landed on Nate's glove right after the butt caused the cut, but it was his left eye that was cut not his right. The ref was talking out of his ass trying to cover up his mistakes..What a piece of ****, but yea Nate would have lost regardless.
Campbell was my boy, but he ****ing quit tonight and looked for the easy way out with no loss. He gets no respect from me for that ****, but he is 100% right, the fight should have been ruled a NC.
Going 8 rounds with a cut doesn't mean he won those 8 rounds. Clottey ****ed him up and was robbed by the typical MSG judges.
Damn! I know you are from Scotland. But, Do you mean SHUT??? Maybe I am wrong. Since english is my secong language. :-( But how the hell can you say Cotto's is shut if that was his last fight and he hasn't fight again??? We have to wait and see how he looks on his next fight to say **** like that.
seems like boxing is just full of pussies didnt see the fights but Witter quits and Nate looks for a way out on a night I hear was getting to be a bit rough for him! this on cable TV doesnt bode well for boxing.
As long as he's allowed to lunge in head first, Bradley will always have the upper hand. We need better referees. He was beating Campbell. True that. That doesn't rule out that there was a bad outcome.
How is Nate Campbell 100% right? Everyone watched him try to take the easy way out. Everyone knows that he lied when he said he couldn't see. Looked to me like he could see just fine at the split second the fight was stopped. The man quit........he was being beaten up........he was losing the fight and he knew he was going to lose.........soooooooooo he tried to pull a Zab Judah. The fans are the true judges in my opinion. As a boxing fan, I say Nate LOST this fight. YOU QUIT NATE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
