I just wanted to know from a fan point of view what are your favorite gloves to see fighters fighting with.

I really dislike the BBE gloves i feel they don't look compact and neat they are also hard to see whether the punch is a clump or a proper punch and i also feel there big base doesn't have a good look on the fighters.

I've always been a Cleto Reyes man myself i like the way they look neat and also they are punchers gloves and show well in the fight.

I have noticed Warren still uses them but most other domestic promoters don't and go with BBE.

What Gloves do you prefer to see worn from a cosmetic boxing view?

It's an odd question but my answer will be Grant's. I love the colours that they produce. That said, Reyes's ar easy on the eye as well. Khan's Reebok ones are horrible and you are also right with the assessment, from a viewing point of view, on BBE's:good.

Reyes. They look a lot more compact, easier on the eye.

Agreed, the BBE gloves are horrible. They look like a pillow. Kinda like Grant.

Yeah Khans Reeboks don't look right they are like pillows and they make fighters mark up easier then most gloves.

Everlast's are good compact glove they are a natural type glove and power punchers like them. Grants are nice on the eye Colour wise i agree  i notice defensive fighters use them because of how broad they are.

There is no way you'd wear Grants unless you are some kind of *** that is worried about the colour, or you are a defensive fighter/own brittle hands.

i'd say grant and reyes, they're like footballs handmade in India, those adidas (german fighters) and reebok ones are really poor

I think we've got to remember in the end we're talking small differences. The gloves are the same weight, they are just padded in different areas. A hard correctly timed punch hurts regardless.

That said, I'm all for getting every little advantage possible so I'd like to see him wear Reyes unless he has hand injuries we're unaware of. The day DeGale fights in a Winky-Wright defensive posture I will chop my dick off with a spoon. So I don't really understand it greatly but I'm sure he's tried them all and feels comfortable. It must be the best glove for slapping :fight

    Reyes anyday.
Smallest around the wrist looks, the most compact up top and generally just look a classy glove.
Plus it also helps that I love Mexican fighters and in recent history they've used reyes religiously.
Rocky Balboa had a Reyes bag too in his basement (Rocky 2). Now when it was shown in the film, he was proper skint, which led me to believe he was living way above his means. A lonsdale one would have cost him around £20 and did the same job !!! :deal
