I'm expecting you to point to me where in the fight did the referee decided to TKO ( or DQ) Campbell for shouting "stop the fight"... :D

for a guy who can't see he sure found the ref and bradley easily after the tko was announced, hell he even saw that the headbutt was caught by the cameras.

    lol!

Campbell proved he's a quitter, maybe it was the smart thing to do (if he indeed gets that NC), but no way he can make himself pass for an old-school fighter after this episode. He always claims to be an old-school fighter, well an old-school fighter would never have done this, but rather go out on his shield. This was rightly ruled a TKO win for Bradley, and I hope this decision is maintained. However, the CSAC already overturned this result in the Rahman-Toney II case, so I fear they'll do it again...

On a sidenote, James Toney suffered a worse cut over his left eye in the 3rd round against Tim Littles. The doctor wanted to stop it between rounds, but Toney hurled on top of his lungs that he wanted to continue, that he wanted on more round. He literally screamed to the ref 'let me knock this motherf*cker out!!!'. The ref gave him one more round, and Toney chased Littles down and knocked him out in a brutal fashion in the 4th round. Now that's old school! And that's the way it should be done.

    100% agreed.

Nate is a veteran who knew how things worked and he wanted to get the NC before round 4. He knew he would've gotten his ass kicked had he fought on against the warrior that is Tim Bradley.

The cut was minor. He claimed that he couldn't see but i don't believe him.

Yes that was a good fight I remember that, great example by the way:good.

But it also could've went the other way with Toney getting knocked out him self by a shot he couldn't see coming because of blood pouring in his eye. Or he could've had permanent damage to his eye. People would've called him stupid and the ref, his corner and the doctor would've been persecuted by the fans and media. It didn't happen that way though and I'm glad for two reasons. First that was a hell of a knockout, and second I got to see it live!!!

Bradley is dope! Campbell claimed he was seeing spots, it's probably from the ass whooping he was receiving. Hell, he was seeing spots even after the blood was wiped off.

When the fight was ruled a TKO for Bradley, Campbell sure does look more worried about the loss than he does about his eye getting taken care of.

Because he had blood behind the eye. :patsch

The blood from the cut had nothing to do with it.

It was the hemorrage caused by the punched Bradley landed. So the TKO was and is justified.
