Eddie Chambers vs Sultan Ibragimov

Sultan has the fast hands, and power. I like Eddie though, and it wouldn't surprise me one way or the other.

 

The "old" Sultan would give Chambers stylistic fits because of his left handed style, hand speed and high punch volume. The hunt-and-peck Sultan would lose a wide decision to the better outside boxer, Chambers.

The result would depend largely on Sultan's tactical preparation for the fight.

 

Ibragimov

 

Yea, but Ibragimov isn't any bum either. He's hard to hit, fast, and has alot of power.

Tie, hard to say. Austin did get Iggy, but he still shows some good wiskers

Defense:
Iggy, he's shown to be pretty consistant. Chambers showed some lapses in his last fight.

Stamina:
The new chambers seems to be a bit more active and more in the tank, he gassed out in the past though. Iggy is usally in decent shape, but against Austin he gassed out.

I'd pick Iggy to UD or KO Chambers regularly, but if it happened today, i'd go for Chambers because Iggy hasn't fought for 1 1/2 years.

 

It will all depend on which Ibragimov shows up

 

Great fight. Chambers at this stage but Ibragimov overall.

 

Good matchmaking of two weaklings. I would NEVER watch that fight but I'd pick Iggy because he's very unorthodox and has this weasel smartness about him that would give Chambers problems.

 

Fast Eddie by easy decision. I'm actually pretty damned surprised the poll is this close to be honest...

 

If Chambers turns up in shape and on form he can nicka decision. If he comes in fat n lacy Ibragimov will get the decision.

That would be a great match-up. I think that Ibragimov would outbox Chambers and win via UD. It is not a good style for Chambers. He looks good against heavy fighters like Peter or Dimitrenko but Ibragimov is fast and lefty.

 

Out of shape Eddie Chambers beats him and an in shape Eddie Chambers dominates him.
