Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander for the WBA/WBC World Titles, WHO WINS?

Devon is a lot better than Prescott...and we saw what he did to Conn.

 

I wasn't impressed by Prescott...and he DESTROYED the Con man.

 

Of course Devon is better than Prescott, but that doesn't mean his style matches up as well as Prescott's does. Khan had no reach advantage on Prescott, and Prescott is a big puncher who moves forward. Alexander is a short fighter with average power who looks to counterpunch and create openings with combos. Khan would have about a 3 inch reach advantage on Alexander.

 

yeah khan has potential but alexander is mor epolished right now and will ontinue to grow. he is flying under teh radar for the most part and can work on his skills. he has everything it takes to be a big champ in the division for years to come if he could solidify his power and quit all that posing **** while dropping his hands. he would be able to out box khan for 12 rounds if need be

 

Reach isnt everything......you know that.

Prescott would have KO'd Khan if he had arms like Popeye.:deal

Alexander > Khan

 

alexander has never been flat on his back in the first round twice. last i checked alexander hasnt lost either. he is more of a complete fighter and in teh next few years his actions will show that

Devon's record was 300-10 in the Am's and he turned pro at 17...

 

All I can say for certain is that the fans lose.

 

Prescott most likely has average power and he KO'd Khan in less than a round. Look at his record, same as most Colombian hype jobs with great KO percentages due to poor competition rather than supernatural power. He couldn't hurt, let alone KO, Toledo who had been KO'd in one round by the tentative and relatively light punching Peterson.

Whose to say he actually hits harder than Alexander, who had a high level fighter on ***** street numerous times.

Reality is Khan just has a terrible chin, he was wobbled by a jab and then downed twice by wide swinging hooks from a fighter who more than likely has average power.

One inch.

 

Dont expect this fight to ever happen in the next 12 months.

Khan is very limited at WC and I expect him to select very carefully his next 2 opponents.

 

maybe we'll see this fight within 2 years if they are both able to make weight at 140.
