Chugging raw eggs at 4 00 AM and then running in an old torn, dirty sweat suit comes to mind. LOL

But yes, whatever works. Vitali is so dominant, as you said, he probably sees no need to tinker with his formula.

I picture Sdunek telling Vitali You're gonna eat lightning, and crap thunder!

Not a good one. Vitali likely knocks him out. Arreola has a poor chin, poor stamina, and Vitali will eat that up.

just out of curiosity, it's not like he's the guy you've been working with for years and you know his physical limits and training routine. you're going into a somewhat new environment with different variables with V.K. how hard/long a process is it to tailor a diet correctly to a guy so you're not over/under feeding him when you only have 7 weeks to do it?

it takes about 3-4 weeks to really dial in on it. It took that long to figure out Wlad. They have to tell you how they are feeling on a daily basis. Energy, sleep, stomach aches or pains. things like that. Its not very complicated to make a diet for energy and muscle. its hard to make a diet for those as well as losing weight ALA arreola

if he hasnt't now, he may never. Its the team around him that gets me. Who is watching this guy. That is their job. Even though Wlad lives in Germany and Im in LA, I talk to Wlad weekly about what he is eating and his workouts. A simple reminder is all it takes after you educate the athlete.

Team Arreola is dropping the ball BIG TIME ......IMO

Can you give a quick breakdown on how much protein, carbs, fat you shoot for? Or does this vary as camp goes on. Is it really that different from a diet you would recommend for 'overall' health/life?

I just see Vitali toying with the guy. Chris seems like a nice, cool guy, but, Vitali is mean, old, and grouchy fight nite. Chris doesn't have a chance. If he came in below 240, he might have a chance, but, that will never happen.

Arreola has about as much chance as Corrie Sanders had, except

    - he's not a southpaw
    - he doesn't have the straight out sneaky power & straight punching of Sanders
    - he's not coming off a confidence boosting KO win over Wlad
    - he's way fatter

Sanders came in fat, and swung for the fences. Thing is, that is Sanders to a t. Arreola has none of Sanders advantages - but all of his weaknesses and then some. And is coming in fatter looking at the pictures.

Sure Arreola's gotta punchers chance. I'm not sure anybody could withstand getting hit with that left hook that put down TW. But Vitali's too savy to let that happen.
Vitali by Kirk Johnson like beatdown.

He has no chance whatsoever. I can't believe people were so up in arms about the possibility of Haye getting a shot and nobody minds this joke. What has this guy done to get a title shot, McCline? I don't give him any credit for that. McCline looked like Hatton on the first day of training camp, even fatter than Arreola was.
