    After having trained in a boxing gym i always make my picks on skills of the respective fighters unless there is a very large physical disadvantage. Most of the time the most skillful fighter wins the fight.

    That's what Guus Hiddink says he does in football.

    He said that he played the Chelsea Barcelona match in his head three times with different formations - and picked his strongest formation on that basis. Just sat for 90 mins imagining it in his head, and dropping player son that basis lol.

    Then they went on to batter Barcelona in the second leg, and lost with Iniesta's last second shot :lol: Truly remarkable methods of football management!! Comparing how Guardiola handed Ferguson's ass to him on a plate in the final.

    I read what everyone else says on here and then go and tell my non-boxing friends at home how its gonna pan out. Works a treat all the time :lol:

    Guus is a top man...i remember reading that....and his missus tried tell him her thoughts on one of his teams games and he told her to never talk football with him. My type of guy :lol:
