How come Cotto vs Jenning was the undercard of Main event Pavlik vs Rubio?

I was thinking about that ppv and i want to know why was Pavlik vs Rubio in the main event while Cotto vs Jenning was in the undercard? Cotto is clearly the bigger draw then Pavlik. This is like imo a slap in the face to Cotto by freaking Bob Arum.

Cotto is done. If Clotty had 1/2 a brain, we wouldn't even be talking about Cotto now. Pacquiao will finish him off for good.

While on the other hand, Pavlik vs Williams has FOTY potential.

when pavlik stepped up and faced his first HOFer, he got shut out for 12 rounds.

cotto's only loss is extremely dubious considering margarito attempted to cheat in his next fight when he had much less incentive. pavlik's loss was clear cut... unless you believe him when he says he was suffering from a fever and was about to die before the fight. :nut

Lol. Atleast Cotto didn't make excuses of why he lost to Margarito. Pavlik excuse is laughable cause i knew this will come cause how can he not make excuses when a 43 year old like Hopkins beat the crap out of him?

 

Yup but Pavlik vs Rubio was the last fight in which is really the main event. It should have been Cotto vs Jenning as the main event cause Cotto is the bigger draw then Pavlik.

 

Pavlik vs Rubio is a weak PPV event and so with Cotto vs Jennings . . . so the two fights compliments each other.

They probably decided to put the Pavlik fight last because it is in the heavier weight class. Cotto is coming in from a loss at that time.

 

Maybe because Pavlik was the champ he was the main event since Cotto and Jennings were fighting for a vacant title.

 

Dude Pavlik was coming in from a loss as well lol. And so what about heavy weight class? Thats a terrible excuse.
