Anyone else want to see Mosley/Williams more than Pavlik/Williams?

No, your memory is ****. Mosley was a 4-1 dog and it was a landslide victory for Margarito in terms of predictions. Just google 'Mosley vs Maragarito predictions' if you don't believe me.

The people on here were few and far between picking Mosley to win and the ones that did were usually Mayweather fans that hated Margarito.

That's just ridiculous. I like all three fighters and I don't KNOW Paul would lose to Kelly. All three have plenty of "balls" I'm sure though. The main reason I prefer Williams/Mosley is because I would rather see Paul at WW while he's still young. The more times he fights at MW the harder it will be to get to WW. That said, PTP and KP is obviously the fight to be made at MW.

I voted PTP-Pav because the middle weight division is in need of this fight.

100%! I made a thread prediction Shane would beat Margarito and took all kinds of **** that Mosley would be retired/destroyed and so on. Shane utilized his boxing skills exactly the way I predicted. I really thought brother Nazeem would have a very good influence on Shane and he did. I love the way he works the corner.

That's a good point. It is the only fight to make there. There are some very talented young guys coming up, but they're a few years away from world championship fights/opposition.

Naw man, you're numero uno without a doubt but that's cool. I like Paul a lot myself. He represents the sport well, and I love his mentality. I see him as having the most potential possibly of anyone under 30 as far as what he can accomplish in boxing.

Indeed. I suspect a prospect like Lara to eventually move up and one day be a significant factor at 160 but for time being the division is lackluster outside of a few names. A PTP-Pav fight can once again bring relevancy and excitement back to a weight class that has been rich in both of those areas throughout the coarse of the sport's history.

And there's also the young Russian fighter that fought on that under-card with Lara. What was his name? He really impressed me as well.

Yeah that's him. He looked really good but he's still only had about as many fights as Lara at this point.
