How come Cotto vs Jenning was the undercard of Main event Pavlik vs Rubio?

The greater question is why would you care about this, what is it, like 7 months ago at least.

When you co feature guys that are headliners one has fight first. I'm not so sure Cotto's draw is that much greater, maybe amongst the die hards but Pavlik has drawn in some casual fans.

Michael Jennings was knocked down 3 times against Cotto. How many times was Gary Lockett dropped against Pavlik?

Good point they were both crushed early. Seriously is there any other current British fighter other than Carl Froch who doesnt have a glass chin? :patsch

You guys are comparing Micheal Jennings to Gary Lockett:patsch

Jennings is WAY better than Lockett P4P. Jennings tried his best to make a fight of it.

Everytime Lockett got hit he stopped and said, "Pardon me while I take a knee!"

Lockett is a pretty good fighter, just Pavlik was a bad style match up for him. He was acctually ranked the #1 MiddleWeight in the World by the WBO.

Calm down. Be careful to not knock yourself out.

It was the co main event but Cotto vs Jenning should have been in the last fight cause Cotto is the bigger draw then Pavlik. And i already stated that ohio and ny are in the same time zone.

But MSG had a great undercard heading into the event.

Edner Cherry vs Anthony Peterson was scheduled as well as Andy Lee vs Matt Vanda. That would lead into Cotto which would lead into Pavlik. When Cherry and Peterson fell through, they kept the format because at that point it was impossible to really switch it.
