As of Tuesday he weighs 297 pounds. Apparently he has been back in the gym for two weeks already. I have no reason to lie, as I've gotten this from a good source who I am friends with and runs a boxing website. Just thought some of you would be interested in this.
297 huh. From the picture I saw on here he sure looked like a ****ing baloon. It's shame that a fighter with such hype can't keep himself in shape between fights.
Safe to say he will need much of his camp just to get in decent shape. Not much room to improve his skills, let alone learn a few new tricks. Why don't fighters understand that camps should be entered in good basic condition so that they can be fully utilized?
I actually thought he was over 300 in that photo. Either way, I think he's going down against Vitali.
Damn, 297???? He needs to get down to at least 240 fight weight to even have a chance IMO. This is one of the reasons that I respect David Haye, people can hate on the guy all they want, but the man stays in incredible shape at all times.
That's embarrassing. He is an embarrassment. 297?! Valuev weighed around 310 in some of his fights.... and he's 7+ feet tall.
This is what Vitali is going to do to Arreola. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0optT5zI8yM&NR=1&feature=fvwp Afterwards Arreola can look foreward to knocking out cans on ESPN at 300 lbs, filling the void Butterbean left behind.
Vitali likes to beat up fat people. I have seen him do it brutally several times. It seems like they **** him off.
