I dont know why more fights arent held at the Staples Center. Mosley/Margarito was rocking earlier in the year. Mosley should fight there more often.

Las Vegas offers FREE arena, FREE hotel rooms for all of the participants, FREE meals for all of the participants, pays a site fee to the promoter and pays for the marketing. Who else would do this anywhere?

Wtf are u talking bout? Texas is home to 2 of the top ten largest cities. There is a whole lot of diversity including a large hispanic population. Marquez-Diaz was held in the Toyota center in Houston and was a great event.

They should have a big fight in miami and not at the hardrock hotel and casino but in the american airlines arena in Miami then you have downtown miami, south beach, and the hard rock to go to afterwards.

There are a couple of places that are on the rise in terms of where to hold boxing events....

Montreal- has been on the rise the last few years....

Miami/Hollywood Florida- Lot of good fights happen in that area... Hollywood Florida is kinda like the Temecula of the East Coast....

Texas- Its actually not a bad place... Houston people do come out to watch....

Depending on the success of a certain prospect.......

Washington DC.... Aren't the Peterson brothers from this area.... Mike Tyson I think fought there... However, there's a kid from out of Salisbury Maryland and in that little area, he's packing the house.... Maybe he can take his event to a more meaningful city eventually...

But right now Vegas, MSG and Atlantic City are the big 3 in the USA.....

I really don't know but the most likely explanation is the promoters and carrying network earning alot more of money compared to other places.

Afterall this is the high rollers' haven.
