I don't think Cotto will have Chin issues at 145. He clearly had them at 140 but I truly believe it was the weight. I hope he decapitates Pac. This fight should be at 147 having it at 145 cheapens it.

 

Who the hell is Cotto anyway to have an exhibition match with pacman..

Cotto knows pac cant go to 147 because they already said that they wont be fighting at that division so Cotto offered 145 and that implies that the title is on the line because no way would they go up even 1 pound just for an exhibition match..

 

I tell you, Cotto WILL be weight-in at 150 to 160 pound during fight night which is a disadvantage for pacquiao not to mention the comparison of their reach hands. Oh and enough with the 147 excuse, cuz that won't help anything at all.

Get a grip people. It only shows that Manny is at the top of the boxing world because if you are being hated on it only means that you are being envied by those people...which is actually a good thing. So the more you insult Manny, the more he’ll prove you wrong. This is one of the most exciting fight cuz I can see a Little Guy vs a Bigger Guy bout or should I say David and Goliath?

PS: Also, why are we talking about Manny-Cotto bouts anyway, we suppose to talk about the upcoming fight of Marquez-Mayweather.

Cotto is much larger than Pac, so I don't blame Roach for getting any advantage he can. Pac is giving fans a huge fight yet some are ignorant enough to not appreciate it. Thanks Pac, I appreciate it.

 

pac demanded 143. cotto said he can only do 145. pac agrees and the fight gets signed for 145. pac wants the title, 145 is inside the welterweight limit. so the title could be up for grabs. these are sane demands.

i also do not see why the 1million per pund over the limit is irking most of you. pac would weigh around 143 for this fight and he needs to be sure cotto is not going over 145. and since cotto said he can do 145, then he should not be worried about the fines.

 

It might be different if Pac had fought at 140 for years...guys move up in weight ALL THE TIME. Yes, everyone knows that. But that's not the case here. There's a ****in reason guys move up in weight gradually...
