Official: Paul Williams Vs Kelly Pavlik @160:UPDATE!! Boardwalk Hall AC...ITS ON!!!

For some reason it seems as though some Pavlik fans are wishing that this fight falls apart.

 

I'm taking PW by UD.

BHop layed out a blueprint on how to beat Pavlik - I just expect PW to follow BHops lead.

they just want it to fall apart so they can be like... "paul williams ducked pavlik" and that will give their man some credibility...seeing how 160 is flat as **** and there is nobody else credible in 168 since the super 6is occuring

plus if pavik loses he's done.. paul can still rebound and go back to 154-147 if things get ugly...

its easier to just say "paul williams is scared of pavlik" then actually facing him and risk losing again

 

Except Williams is not a slick fighter like Hopkins. Williams has to fight his fight but do it in a smart way.

For real man. I'm sick of stupid biased Pavlik fans (pimp c is cool in which he's the only pavlik fan that i respect) saying Williams is scared or duck to fight Pavlik.

 

So why not make this thread later on today? :huh For now the main topic on people's minds will be speculation on "is this legit?" rather than discussing the fight.

 

I think he meant it will be announce by espn or on boxing scene or fightnews website. Williams on twitter saying the fight is a done deal. That guy from maxboxing.com saying the fight is a done deal. I hope it's really a done deal.

Cotto's my favorite fighter but I don't think he would beat PW. I think he could though, he would have more of a chance than you think he does, after all PW did lose to Quintana (I still don't know how the **** that happened). However just because he could, doesn't mean he would, I don't Cotto, or any WW would beat PW, that's why none of them will fight him.

if hbo was smart they would do a 3 part 24/7 series.... both guys are hbo fighters and could really use the boost in popularity... it would serve hbo better if they invested a little bit of money into these 2
