In the contract HBO should have written Arreola will only get half his purse if he comes in over 260 come fight day. At least the guy would get his act together then.

But like this? He gets his money no matter what and he obviously could care less how fat he is and how he throws away the chance of a lifetime.

In that pic, both Wlad and Vitali look more Mexican than Arreola.

Tyson knew how to do it right. Wait until you're retired to eat and drink without regard to your body. I just can't respect an active fighter for doing that.

The worst part is that after Vitali KO's Arreola, the haters will not give credit because of Arreola weight. I can hear it already

"So what! Vitali beat a fat out of shape HW!"

297??? WOW. No way you can have a productive training camp when your #1 task in camp is to lose 40-50 lbs in 7 weeks. What a joke:oops:

Like I have said before these guys that refuse to stay in decent shape in between fights are throwing away MILLIONS of dollars. Imagine if Arreola beat Vitali how huge a fight with Wlad would be? It would be a huge $$$$$$ fight for Arreola.

I am going to predict he comes into the Vitali fight at 260 give or take 2 or 3 pounds. Like you said you can't train for a fight when the #1 mission is to lose lard.

Vitali is going to walk right through him.

And to the haters that keep whining about Vitali's opponents being fat he can't train for them Vitali does his job and comes into every fight in shape.

Hmm, from what I've seen a lot of people including myself aren't giving Arreola much of a chance because he's just not that good.

Vitali should get credit, but Arreola is a fair amount of hype and badly out of shape. He has yet to prove he can handle a top ten heavyweight let alone a champion.

Vitali: "Which chin do I hit?"
Corner: "Hit the one in the middle."

If he's 297, his best shot will be a belly bump.

But hey, if done right, it can push a fighter completely out of the ring. LOL

Rahman Maskaev I, all over again, only rendered with a gut instead of a fist.
