oh if frank warren said it must be happening. i actually fancy khan if this happend in a years time. lets see how he does agaisnt maidana and salita.
I think Bradly is very beatble tbh, interesting match as Bradly has enough power. Looks like a gamble.
Same here, the guy is talented but he has his weaknesses. I go for Khan to frustrate him on the outside and drop him more times than Holt did. Interesting fight, though.
This would tell us a lot more about how much Khan has improved . Bradley is a technically sound pressure fighter, let's see if Khan will be able to box off the back foot against him. However, I don't see it happening anytime soon. These comments are taken from Warren's column in the Sun. Just cause Fwank said it doesn't mean it will happen.
Thats my way of thinking. Khan doesn't have the power to keep Bradley at bay. If the bookmakers somehow slip up with this fight i'm risking it all-no joke
Rumour is Warren has tied Khan down to a PPV deal with Sky. No way will Warren risk his cash cow with Bradley in the foreseeable future. He'll look for easy pickings then when the deal's on the last fight throw him in the deep end. If he prevails Warren will hail himself the master tactician. If he fails he'll say Khan against my advice pushed too soon.
LIGHT-WELTERWEIGHT has been a blue-riband division in recent years and it's hotting up again. Amir Khan announced himself as a major player at 140lb last month with his win over Andreas Kotelnik. But two young fighters in the States are also making waves, and backed up their world-class credentials last weekend. Timothy Bradley is the man to beat following a cut-eye, stoppage win over Nate Campbell. The ending was controversial and Campbell's promoter Don King filed a protest with the WBO, whose title was at stake. But Bradley is already looking at bigger fights, and says he wants to face Ricky Hatton next. A mouth-watering unification fight against Khan is also on the horizon. While Bradley, 25, was defending his WBO title in California, Junior Witter and Devon Alexander, 22, fought on the same show for the WBC crown he vacated. It was probably 35-year-old Witter's last shot at the big time, and he gave up the ghost at the end of the eighth round, complaining of a hand injury. He'll now be known as Witter the Quitter. Although Witter was WBC champ for nearly two years, he always lived in the shadow of Hatton. And I doubt fans will remember him fondly as he seemed to make a name for himself by running down other fighters. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...adley-not-a-quitter-unlike-Junior-Witter.html
Everyone says this every time Bradley fights. Bradley's my fave fighter right now, I honestly believe (and am prepared to put my neck on the line and end up with egg on my face) the guy is is a future legend.
You should visit the General Forum more then. I recall these two threads: 'Bradley ATG?' & something to the tune of 'Can Bradley beat Pacquaio?' :rofl..............seriously, though, he's extrememly talented and exciting to watch but people need to chill on the hype. Witter, Cherry, Holt and butting (something he's good at) Campbell -although he was winning by a mile at the time- is hardly a CV for the ages. Let's see where he is in a few years:good.
