I knew Lewis was destined to be an ATG and so is Wladimir.

Exactly. Lewis, just like any good boxer, doesn't have to rely on blitzing his opponent a la early Tyson. He can try to land from the outside and find an opening.

    Devil's avocate:

Lewis fought Botha, Grant, Golota, Mirovic, & Briggs. All were good wins but hardly impressive competition. No better than Thompson, Chagaev, Brock or Austin.

Wlad is slightly taller, Lewis has slightly more reach.

They both hit hard, you're clearly splitting hairs.

Wlad is the better boxer from the outside, Lewis is the more skilled inside fighter.

Wlad has never been KTFO while Lewis was counting sheep due to a Rahman right hand.

Vitali was ahead on the cards with only 2 weeks notice when he fought Lewis.

You losers make this **** too easy and frankly you aren't worthy competition to debate against.

    Next.

    Lewis knock prime Rahman out.
Wladimir failed to do same, to old past his prime Rahman.

There is clear power difference between two of them.

What good does that do if you are stopped in mid rounds?

Watch the fights again. The Rahman against Lewis II came to fight. He thought he had a chance. He fought an open style.

Then watch Wlad - Rahman. Rahman didn't come to fight. He was scared. He was crouching in a very very low position, making himself possibly 10 inches shorter than he actually is. He fought with no intention to win the fight. He just didn't want to get KOd.

So instead of admitting Wlad would get spanked, like any sane boxing fan knows; you say 'we will never know' as if that somehow levels the argument, and then attempt to subtly compare the two as nothing less than equals, 'they are both ATG's'

    Wlad is not an ATG.

And the 'we will never know argument' is bull****. This is a boxing forum, this is the kind of thing we discuss, make cases for and against using facts and logic. Its basically a lame delusional argument when you dont want to admit your guy would lose.

I dont know for sure how a Zelenoff vs Pacman matchup would go, and no, we will never ever know. But I have a damn good idea.

    Hello stalker! :hi: :-(

Anyway, Wladimir wasn't KO'd by Rahman like Lewis was either. I love the way you failed to insert that part into your commentary.

The point was that Lewis escaped with a win against a fighter that had 2 weeks notice just like he did, Vitali Klitschko.

    Game, set, match-*****.

This cheesy post hardly deserves a reply but I'll give it go since I'm bored:

Lewis & Klitschko have a lot more in common than not therefore it would be a closely fought battle. Wlad wouldn't freeze up like Golota did if that's what you're predicting. In fact Lewis is far too smart to try that **** against a far superior boxer than Golota.

Both Lewis and Wlad have GREAT jabs, massive power in either hand and ring generalship that most can only dream about.

Both have questionable chins in many people's eyes but one of them has never been knocked out with a single punch. I'll let you guess which one....................

Anybody who thinks this is a walkover fight for either guy is touching themselves.........................
