As much as i like Cintron this fight doesn't make sense for him. He has a good thing going at Light-Middle after his last fight. Why go back down to fight Sugar Shane who has a cast iron chin taking out Cintron's best chance of beating him. Would be a good watch while it lasts. Shane takes Cintron's shots early and gives his won back soon as Cintron knows he can't knock him out he will try his tactics he used against El Perro but i think shane wears him down with body shots and puts him down in the late rounds.

You know what people? As much as i don't like Cintron, i'm actually giving him a great chance of beating Mosley. This fight will proof that style does make fights. How tall is Cintron? 5'11? Mosley has had trouble with fighters taller then him ( Forrest, Wright, De la hoya rematch). And the reason he has trouble with taller fighters cause those taller fighters has a very good jab. Mosley can't deal with fighters that are taller with a real jab. Cintron don't have the great skills but he does have not only power, height, reach he also has a real good jab. Also remember who is Cintron trainer? Ronnie Shield ring a bell? Ronnie is the same trainer that train Forrest to beat Mosley twice in a row. Ronnie will train Cintron very hard for this fight and he'll tell Cintron to keep the distance with his height and reach and use the hard very good jab right in Mosley's face. Now Margarito is taller then Mosley but Margarito don't have a jab that Forrest, Wright, De la hoya has ( De la hoya in the rematch that was using the jab better). I'm not saying Cintron will beat Mosley, i'm just saying style makes fights and Cintron style could be a big trouble for Mosley.

If it's gonna be at 147 yes . . . why not. I have nothing against it.

Mosley is looking for a fight . . . here it is . . . right in his face.

Then what is he gonna do with his belt? Will he chose just to remain idle for the rest of 2009?

I'm not gonna be happy with decission.

Forget about Kermit according to Gana's news Clottey is very close to land a fight with Mosley Top Rank and Golden Boy are negotiating as we speak.

Cintron might be able to punch through a brick wall, but he ain't on Mosleys level..

Mosley wants big fights, he already proved his self in the sport and needs some big paydays before he's officially done. Cintron isn't a fight worth considering at all, fighting Berto is a better choice.

Besides, is Cintron planning to move down for this or he's expecting Mosley to move up for him?

It wasnt the jab that caused Shane problems against Forrest. It was his length and his right hand. The same happened vs Winky. Shane couldnt bridge the gap in size nor could he get around Winkys rapier jab. Cintron doesnt possess either of those skills other than power in both fists. As a fighter he is very weak mentally and easy to hit. As soon as he tastes Shanes punches because Shane will stand a trade Cintron will wilt and that fight will be over within 6 rounds. Cintron just doesnt have the skills to trouble Shane.
