Seriously, this is going to be hilarious. The difference in speed and technique between these two is vast, Valuev is **** and hasn't got the reflexes or mobility to react to fast, hard accurate power-punches. Haye is going to be able to take his time, pick his shots, and unload AT WILL on Valuev from the beginning of the fight to the end. The speed and mobility difference will make this uncompetitive. Valuev wont be able to defend or get out of the way of any of Haye's shots, meaning he'll just be tagged constantly and end up losing by TKO, depending on how much punishinment his neanderthal skull can soak up before the corner loses it's nerve and gives up.

It'll be a bit like watching Homer Simpson get beat up by Drederick Tatum I think.

Haye will be trashed if he is anything less than spectacular against Valuev.

Valuev is not thought of highly amongst boxing fans, and whilst Haye will pick up a belt and a ranking and negotiating power, he will not pick up respect in such a fight.

If Valuev fights smart, holds and leans on him then perhaps he could wear Haye down and win. I mean he's not been ko ever, and Haye's power still hasn't been properly tested at Heavyweight. But I'd still favour Haye.

Valuev will still be awkward because of the huge height differential.

Gaye will be beaten like a baby fur seal.

I just see Haye going all out trying to stop the giant and punching himself out in the mid to later rounds. Face it, nobody's gonna knock that monster out. He's probably got a 2 inch thick skull. Haye will try and pay for it.

I hope Valuev comes in and performs as he did against Barrett, not the slo-mo version that we saw against Holyfield. Haye is much quicker and younger, probably more hungry too. Valuev seemed seriously undermotivated recently.

Hope this won't turn into another snoozefest.

    Valuevs going down, hard.

Haye's probably the last fighter I'd choose for him to fight. Against the Klits, at least he has the chance of taking them completely out of their element because they would be giving up height. We've never seen them do that before.

Against Haye, he's fighting someone who's constantly moving, setting traps and possesses the fastest hands in the division with serious power in each fist. Valuev has no reflexes and won't be able to get set to throw with any bad intentions because the moment he does he's going to get nailed.

His only chance is to tie Haye up at every opportunity and put all 300+ pounds on him in every clinch. Even if he gets a point deducted, so what, he needs to take the steam out of Haye and tire him out. After 7-8 rounds of this Haye will be very tired and then Valuev can look to land a big right hand like he landed on Monte to win the fight. But chances are Valuev will fight nice and not use his size and get blasted the hell out.

Yeah, two top ten guys fighting one another. What a farce.

  14. he cannot be anything other than spectacular against valuev. you carn't run your mouth for nearly a year like haye has and put on a **** performance. He ****ed up years ago when he tried to blowout carl "the cat" thompson and wound up getting knocked out in 5 . He should employ the same tactics against valuev cos even if haye doesn't get him out of there. He might possibly force the stoppage early on or get a knockdown or two which can get him furthur away on the scorecards. Valuev doesn't have the mobility or the stamina to chase haye round the ring for 12 rnds, but the germans are known to have small rings for championship fights and very poor judges so the giant might be able to catch him at some point.
Il go for haye k'o rnd 7
