Valuev can't clinch the whole fight. He only just got away with that against Holyfield and Ruiz, and some corrupt judges. He won't get away with that against Haye. The beatdown will be too vicious, Haye's arsenal is WAY more deadly than a 46 year old Holyfield, so the possibility of a TKO in this one is very hight. It may even be stopped on compassionate grounds.

I sense good odds on a Haye TKO win, Valuev isn't going to last the full 12. Besides, Haye will want to knock him out, not only to send a message to the Klitschko's, but to make sure he doesn't get shanked by the judges.

Haye reminds me of Tommy Morrison. Impressive until the KO doesn't come. No plan B.

    Bah-bye Haye.

I think that might be the real danger for Haye. He put himself under a huge amount of pressure to present a KO, what if he punches his fists bloody and Valuev doesn't budge. Haye might waste a lot of energy and stamina in the first couple of rounds without getting Valuev in trouble, then that would be Valuev's chance in the 2nd half of the fight. I think Haye should be extremely careful not to overpace.

IMO Haye should NOT press for a KO. He should outbox Valuev like Chagaev did, conserving his energy.

This will be Valuevs most exiting bout up to date. Unfortunately all the action will be against him.

I hope at least Valuev hits a few rights. I'd like to see how Haye takes them.

He didn't punch a SINGLE right hand against Holyfield. Not one in 12 rounds.

If Valuev hits Haye with his "Hulk" punch he hit Barrett with it is all over for the Glass Jawed David Haye.

I still think Valuev will KO Haye with a Jab in the late rounds.

So he is going to "batter him" so he can lick it off? :think

Sorry, I'll be good now. Doing nutrition research and that was the first thing I thought of when I saw the title. :patsch

I think Haye stands a good chance early on but the longer the fight goes I tend to favour Valuev.

He's a bit better than many give him credit for and I just hope that Haye will rise to the challenge and deck Valuev. My thoughts are that when that huge heap of **** Valuev hits the floor he aint gettin up!

    War Haye!!

Hmm I just checked Valuev's weight and it seems in his Holyfield bout he came in 10-15 lbs lighter than e.g. against Ruiz and Barrett, but he was 10 times slower. He seemed awfully rusty.
