For a start, after the flash knockdown Taylor caught him with good shots and Froch took them!

Froch's style naturally means that he will eat punches regardless of who he fights at the elite level, and against a natural counter-puncher in Jermain Taylor even more so, that my friend is a fact you cant deny, so regardless of what he did to Kassim Ouma or Corey Spinks it has nothing to do with what happened with Froch, completely different fights/style matchups. Froch got up off the canvas and took big shots and thats where his chin was tested.

Of course it does, Dirrell couldn't hack Hanshaw being on his case for christ sakes, face up to reality Maelstrom Dirrell is completely untested and even on the slightest step up he made it difficult for himself, your basing theories on how good he actually is on fights against nobodies.

My only drawback about just all out picking Dirrell is that I dont know how he will handle the pressure of a huge fight. If he handles the pressure he will easily beat Froch.

 

Agreed. I don't blame them either since a lot of them are on the Froch bandwagon because is their only boxer that is still undefeated. But that will change once Dirrell hands him his first loss.

 

Dirrell has very little chance. His colon will be seriously twitching when he walks out at Nottingham Arena. Hostile environment doesn't come close to describing it and that's before he tastes some of Frochs power. If Dirrell really did ask for Froch to be his first fight it will prove to be the biggest mistake of his professional career. It'll be like throwing a mouse into a snake pit!:scaredas:
