Is Floyd praying for Cotto and Pacquiao to beat each other to a pulp?

No matter what happens now, whether it is stopped on an accidental headbutt in the first round, Floyd critics will call them damaged goods when he ends up fighting them. "Floyd knew that after that headbutt that Pacquiao would have scar tissue that would be easy to open up if he fought him. Floyd is a coward." The same usual bull****.

 

How the fight goes is irrelevant. Assuming Mayweather can get past JMM, he'll be under tremendous pressure to fight the winner or Cotto/Pacquiao. It will be the biggest fight out there for him. You think there wouldn't be any fan backlash if Cotto/Pac was a war and Floyd said he wouldn't fight the winner because they're too damaged?

 

There is no such thing as this damaging fight that is so damaging it ruins both careers. this is a fight by fight career by career situaton. Hearns-Leonard was grade A damaging fight, and both are h.o.f'er's. Same with Duran-Leonard, Barrera-Morales, and a host of other great, brutal fights.

 

Anyone who thinks Floyd is not going to fight the winner of Cotto/Pac are haters. Too much money can be made in this fight if both Pac and Floyd win. Both have very tough fights ahead of them, and talks of Pac-Floyd are truly premature.

 

Doubt it. It's not Mayweather that signed them to fight each other, it's Bob Arum.

First of all, If Cotto or Pac wanted to fight Mayweather, they would have had the balls to call him out like Hatton and JMM :yep so who's really afraid of who????

This is the most silliest post I have read. You people act as though pac is some sort of tank or something, if Pac is stupid enough to go toe to toe with Cotto he's getting the Knock the **** out for real.. this is going to deflate allot of his ban wagon fans..

My point being if pac tries to go to war with Cotto, there is only going to be one fighter getting a career damaging ass whoopin and at fighter will be Pac.

If Pac and his trainer Roach have any brains what so ever, they will elect to win this fight on points and forget the KO. Both fighter suffering from a career ending war ? I highly doubt it .

BOTH Manny and Cotto are AFRAID to say Floyd's name during post-fight interviews....even when asked DIRECTLY about fighting him.:yep
